Cho trứng vào tô lớn, đánh tan. Sau đó thêm vào 1/8 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/4 muỗng cà phê vani, 15g đường, trộn đều. Tiếp đến rây 100g bột mì vào tô trứng, trộn thành hỗn hợp đồng nhất. Thêm vào sữa tươi và 100ml kem whipping vào, đánh đều. Cuối cùng thêm rượu rum và bơ đun tan chảy vào trộn cho quyện đều.
Đặt nồi nhỏ lên bếp, múc một muỗng bột cho vào dàn mỏng đều. Sau đó chiên chín đều 2 mặt với lửa nhỏ rồi cho ra đĩa. Chiên cho hết hỗn hợp bột. Dùng máy đánh trứng đánh bong 100ml kem whipping với 15g đường. Cho 1 chiếc bánh ra đĩa, phết 1 lớp kem lên rồi xếp những lát dâu tây lên. Lạp lại tương tự cho bánh có độ cao vừa ý.
