Cho 75g bơ lạt vào thố để nhiệt độ phòng cho bơ mềm. Sau đó đổ vào 50g đường bột, dùng máy đánh trứng bánh bông nhạt.
Tiếp đến rây vào 130g bột mì, trộn đều rồi dùng tay nhồi bột khoảng 10 phút. Bọc màng thực phẩm bảo quản bột trong ngăn mát tủ lạnh khoảng 30 phút.
Cho khối bột ra mặt phẳng chống dính. Cán dẹp khối bột khoảng 0.3cm. Dùng khuôn cắt hình cây thông, ngôi sao, ... cắt lấy miếng bột tạo hình bánh.
Làm nóng lò nướng trước ở 180 độ C trong khoảng 10 phút. Xếp bánh đã cắt vào khay nướng có lót sẵn giấy nến, đem nướng bánh trong khoảng 12 phút là bánh chín, lấy ra khỏi lò, để nguội.
Cho 20g lòng trắng trứng gà vào thố, thêm vào 10g đường bột, vài giọt nước cốt chanh, đánh bông thành kem trắng mịn.
Chia hỗn hợp thành 4 phần đều nhau, thêm chút màu thực phẩm vào để tạo 4 màu khác nhau. Tiếp đến trang trí lên các bánh với những màu sắc ưng ý.
