Đặt nồi lên bếp, cho 175g đường và 80g nước lọc vào nồi, khuấy đều cho tan và đun thật nhỏ lửa trong khoảng 1 tiếng hoặc cho đến khi nước đường đã đạt độ sánh như mong muốn, tắt bếp và để nguội.
Trộn nước đường đã để nguội với 10ml nước hoa bưởi và 200g bột bánh in trong một cái thau lớn, dùng tay nhào để bột đều hơn và không bị vón cục.
Cho bột vào khuôn rồi nén chặt, giữ nguyên 15-20 phút để bánh được tạo hình vững chắc rồi mới được lấy bánh ra khỏi khuôn để tránh làm cho bánh bị vỡ nhé! Bánh có thể dùng ngay hoặc để cho hơi khô rồi dùng đều được nhé!
